Whilst items are unisex, the PE department recommend that students purchase the following items :
*a full zip pullover can be worn by boys, but this would not replace the rugby shirt and there is no need to purchase both items

Ballakermeen no longer sells school uniform, apart from official school ties and BHS logo embroidered sew-on badges (for blazers).
BLAZERS* & SWEATSHIRTS**
Purchase from Promenade T Shirts and Embroidery (PSE) Ltd.
Choose the option for Ballakermeen High School and complete the online order form for payment by debit or credit card. These items can also be purchased in store – their shop is located on Queen’s Promenade, Douglas or telephone 620777.
*There is no obligation to purchase a blazer from PSE Ltd, any navy school blazer can be bought and Ballakermeen sell the BHS Logo embroidered sew-on badges. Sew-on badges are £3 each.
**Sweatshirts (jumpers) can also be purchased from PSE Ltd, but these are not a compulsory part of school uniform so it is entirely a personal choice whether students wear the sweatshirt.
PE KIT (NEW DESIGN)
Purchase from Dangerous Apparel Ltd.
Complete the online order form for payment by debit or credit card, or return an order form directly to Dangerous Apparel along with a cheque payment. All items are unisex.
The newly designed PE Kit will initially be rolled out to students who are starting Year 7 in September. Current students are under no obligation to purchase the new kit until they need to replace items, unless they wish to do otherwise.
TIES £5 EACH – AVAILABLE AT BALLAKERMEEN HIGH SCHOOL ONLY
New students (Year 7 September 2018 Intake). Please order and pay for a tie and the correct house colour will be issued during Induction Days in July. Current students – please order the correct house colour tie. Ballakermeen accept cheques or cash for payment, or ties and badges can be ordered online via ParentPay if you are set up to use this facility.
We would recommend that all orders are placed with the above suppliers by the end of May 2018 to ensure that they are able to order in bulk and collate orders in time for issue before the new school year in September.
